Every device in your life reports to something above it. Your phone reports to Apple.
Your laptop reports to Microsoft. Your financial platforms report to their custodians.
At the top of this hierarchy, for almost everyone, sits someone else's server.
CLAVI is the device that sits at the top and reports to nothing.
Built by Clavi Switzerland AG in Schaffhausen — outside the European Union, outside
the Five Eyes — CLAVI is a sovereign hardware platform engineered around a single
principle: architecture enforces what policy cannot. Air-gapped. Zero-knowledge.
Mathematically untouchable.
The platform comprises The Monolith, a stationary vault
running local computation with zero cloud dependency; The Rune,
a biometrically secured signing device that distributes cryptographic authority so no single
point of compromise exists; and ClavOS, a custom
zero-knowledge operating system where every line of code that does not serve the user's
sovereignty has been removed.
The name derives from the Latin clavis — key. The keys to your entire digital
existence, held by no one but you.
In a world where everything is connected, the ultimate luxury is being unreachable.
Who is 0NE?
0NE is the business partner of ZERO — and together, they are the architects behind CLAVI and the voices behind this research.
Operating at the intersection of cryptographic hardware, artificial intelligence,
and the physics of trust, they build systems designed to answer to no one — design
wonders, engineer marvels of technology, and make accessible what wasn't.
They publish analysis on the structures, visible and invisible, that govern digital
sovereignty, privacy, philosophy, luxury, human habits, culture — and everything
in between.
Some problems cannot be solved with software. 0NE and ZERO are building the answer
in silicon, steel, and Swiss law.

CLAVI's thesis is simple: the Apex Node is inevitable. Someone will build the
sovereign root of trust for the next century of digital existence. We are building it.
